Custom Hydraulic Components Inc. was founded in 1978 by Joey Rouselle. Joey started working when in high school at the age of 14 and learned to install steering systems and make repairs. After graduating in 1973, he continued to work for a local manufacturer. But 5 years later, he along with his father and brother-in-law decided to start their own company. They operated for 30 years at one location and finally 7 years ago, moved to larger commercial property at the 404 Destrehan Ave, Harvey, LA location.

Over the years they have maintained a small loyal and experienced work staff. They have successfully built their reputation in this industry for their direct accessibility to customers, their longevity and experience, and reliable on-time production and service.
